DESCRIPTION:What are Support Calls?\n\nExperience has shown us how important support can be when participants return to their everyday lives after the powerful experience of the Woman Within Weekend. The transition back home can bring up new insights\, emotions\, and challenges – and you don’t have to navigate those alone. \nSupport Calls are designed to help with this reintegration process. They offer a space to reflect\, process\, and continue feeling the connection and support you experienced during the Weekend. We believe that staying connected can make all the difference as you integrate what you have discovered into your daily life. \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nOn these calls\, you will receive support not only from staff members\, but also from some of the women who shared parts of that meaningful journey with you. You will have the chance to ask questions\, and continue feeling connected and supported as you navigate your next steps. \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nAny woman who has completed the recent Woman Within Weekend. \n\n\n\nWho leads it?\n\nThere will be a variety of Guides\, most of whom attended the Weekend you were on\, who will hold space for you. \n\n\n\n\nWhere and When? \n\n\nOnline via Zoom\, on Tuesdays or Thursdays for 3 weeks following the Weekend: \nTuesday 3rd\, 10th and 17th November \nor \nThursday 5th\, 12th and 19th November \n7pm – 9pm (GMT) \nIf you are registered for Support Calls\, please refer to your email for the Zoom link to join the calls. \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost?\n\nSupport Calls are offered free of charge – you are welcome to make a donation to the Woman Within Support Fund if you would like to. \n\n\n\nContact details\n\nPlease contact our Support Calls Co-Ordinator if you have any questions about the Support Calls.

DESCRIPTION:Join an Open Circle  \n\n\n\nWhat is an Open Circle?\n\nOpen Circles offer you an opportunity to join a group of women online where you can take some time just for yourself. Whether you have something specific you’re seeking support with\, or you simply want to sit among women – feeling supported while also supporting others – this is the place for you. \nIf you’ve never experienced sitting in a circle before\, this is a beautiful place to begin. And if you have\, you’ll find a safe\, confidential space where you can be open and honest\, free of judgement or unsolicited advice. \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nYou’ll experience the power of being part of a community of authentic\, supportive women – a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are. \nIf you choose\, you can use the time to explore something that’s been coming up in your life and receive non-judgmental support as you find your own way forward. Or you’re equally welcome to simply be present – to listen\, reflect\, and feel the connection. You decide what feels right for you. \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nAny woman over 18 is welcome and prior experience in a women’s circle is not necessary\, nor is having attended the Woman Within Weekend. \n\n\n\nWho leads it?\n\nThe Open Circles are run by a lead Guide who has much experience in running Circles. They will most often be supported by at least one other Guide. \n\n\n\nWhen and where?\n\nThese Open Circles are online and happen on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. \nThey run from 19.30–21.30. \nThere is an online Open Circle WhatsApp group that you will be added to if you would like. \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost?\n\nThere is no fee for attendance\, however\, donations are welcome to our Support Fund\, which helps women who otherwise would not be able to attend the Woman Within offerings. \n\n\n\nContact details\n\nPlease contact our Circle Co-Ordinator if you have any questions.
