DESCRIPTION:Join a Themed Circle  \n\n\n\nWhat is a Themed Circle?\n\nA Themed Circle is a small\, intimate gathering of women who come together to explore a specific topic – often something many women quietly carry and rarely have space to openly share. \nEach Circle focuses on one meaningful theme. These themes are chosen because they touch real-life experiences women commonly navigate\, yet may not always feel safe or supported discussing elsewhere. \nIf you have been longing for a place where your voice matters and your experiences honoured\, a Themed Circle may be exactly what you have been looking for. \n\n\n\nThis month’s theme\n\nMotherhood can be one of the deepest experiences of our lives – holding love\, tenderness and connection alongside responsibility\, exhaustion\, changing relationships and sometimes a loss of ourselves.There is no single experience of motherhood. It can hold joy and fulfilment\, uncertainty and change\, as well as grief and loss – including pregnancies or children we have lost\, or the children we longed for but never had. It can also bring us back to our relationship with our own mothers – what we received\, what we missed and what we carry forward.You’re invited into a gentle\, confidential space\, led by Dale Herink\, to explore what motherhood has meant\, and continues to mean\, in your life. \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nA chance to deepen your self understanding\, feel less alone in your experiences\, and grow through shared wisdom and authentic sharing. \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nAny woman over 18 is welcome and prior experience in a women’s circle is not necessary\, nor is having attended the Woman Within Weekend. \n\n\n\nWho leads it?\n\nThe Themed Circles are run by a lead Guide who has much experience in running Circles and a specific interest in the theme. They will most often be supported by at least one or two other Guides. \n\n\n\nWhen and where?\n\nThese Themed Circles are online and happen on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. \nThey run from 7-9pm. \nThere is an online Open Circle WhatsApp group that you will be added to if you would like. \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost?\n\nThere is no fee for attendance\, however\, donations are welcome to our Support Fund\, which helps women who otherwise would not be able to attend the Woman Within offerings. \n\n\n\nContact details\n\nPlease contact our Circle Co-Ordinator if you have any questions.

DESCRIPTION:Join an Open Circle  \n\n\n\nWhat is an Open Circle?\n\nOpen Circles offer you an opportunity to join a group of women online where you can take some time just for yourself. Whether you have something specific you’re seeking support with\, or you simply want to sit among women – feeling supported while also supporting others – this is the place for you. \nIf you’ve never experienced sitting in a circle before\, this is a beautiful place to begin. And if you have\, you’ll find a safe\, confidential space where you can be open and honest\, free of judgement or unsolicited advice. \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nYou’ll experience the power of being part of a community of authentic\, supportive women – a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are. \nIf you choose\, you can use the time to explore something that’s been coming up in your life and receive non-judgmental support as you find your own way forward. Or you’re equally welcome to simply be present – to listen\, reflect\, and feel the connection. You decide what feels right for you. \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nAny woman over 18 is welcome and prior experience in a women’s circle is not necessary\, nor is having attended the Woman Within Weekend. \n\n\n\nWho leads it?\n\nThe Open Circles are run by a lead Guide who has much experience in running Circles.
