DESCRIPTION:Join an Open Circle  \n\n\n\nWhat is an Open Circle?\n\nOpen Circles offer you an opportunity to join a group of women online where you can take some time just for yourself. Whether you have something specific you’re seeking support with\, or you simply want to sit among women – feeling supported while also supporting others – this is the place for you. \nIf you’ve never experienced sitting in a circle before\, this is a beautiful place to begin. And if you have\, you’ll find a safe\, confidential space where you can be open and honest\, free of judgement or unsolicited advice. \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nYou’ll experience the power of being part of a community of authentic\, supportive women – a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are. \nIf you choose\, you can use the time to explore something that’s been coming up in your life and receive non-judgmental support as you find your own way forward. Or you’re equally welcome to simply be present – to listen\, reflect\, and feel the connection. You decide what feels right for you. \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nAny woman over 18 is welcome and prior experience in a women’s circle is not necessary\, nor is having attended the Woman Within Weekend. \n\n\n\nWho leads it?\n\nThe Open Circles are run by a lead Guide who has much experience in running Circles. They will most often be supported by at least one other Guide. \n\n\n\nWhen and where?\n\nThese Open Circles are online and happen on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. \nThey run from 19.30–21.30. \nThere is an online Open Circle WhatsApp group that you will be added to if you would like. \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost?\n\nThere is no fee for attendance\, however\, donations are welcome to our Support Fund\, which helps women who otherwise would not be able to attend the Woman Within offerings. \n\n\n\nContact details\n\nPlease contact our Circle Co-Ordinator if you have any questions.

DESCRIPTION:Join a Themed Circle  \n\n\n\nWhat is a Themed Circle?\n\nA Themed Circle is a small\, intimate gathering of women who come together to explore a specific topic – often something many women quietly carry and rarely have space to openly share. \nEach Circle focuses on one meaningful theme. These themes are chosen because they touch real-life experiences women commonly navigate\, yet may not always feel safe or supported discussing elsewhere. \nIf you have been longing for a place where your voice matters and your experiences honoured\, a Themed Circle may be exactly what you have been looking for. \n\n\n\nThis month’s theme\n\nDo you ever feel exhausted from the masks you wear? Does your inner critic tell you that you’re not good enough\, while others see a smile that hides what’s really going on inside? \nPerhaps you’re coping with physical pain or illness\, putting on a brave face when all you want to do is stop and rest. \nThis circle is a space to drop the mask\, explore your shadow side and quieten your inner gremlins. A space to let go of expectations\, show up as your authentic self and feel truly seen\, heard and accepted. \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nA chance to deepen your self understanding\, feel less alone in your experiences\, and grow through shared wisdom and authentic sharing. \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nAny woman over 18 is welcome and prior experience in a women’s circle is not necessary\, nor is having attended the Woman Within Weekend. \n\n\n\nWho leads it?\n\nThe circle will be led by Paula Alter\, a Wise Woman who will offer a warm and welcoming space to explore this theme together. \n\n\n\nWhen and where?\n\nThese Themed Circles are online and happen on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. \nThey run from 7-9pm. \nThere is an online Open Circle WhatsApp group that you will be added to if you would like. \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost?\n\nThere is no fee for attendance\, however\, donations are welcome to our Support Fund\, which helps women who otherwise would not be able to attend the Woman Within offerings. \n\n\n\nContact details\n\nPlease contact our Circle Co-Ordinator if you have any questions.

This immersive two-day workshop is designed to create a strong foundation of trust\, authentic connection\, and psychological safety\, allowing participants to engage in meaningful and transformative exploration. \nOn day one\, we focus on building trust\, strengthening connection\, and cultivating safety within the group. This foundation supports open communication and deep listening\, creating a space where participants feel seen\, heard and connected. \nOn day two\, we build on this strong base and gently invite deeper and more vulnerable exploration. Together\, we explore fear\, shame\, and guilt\, and examine the mirrors we hold up for one another.. Through shared reflection and courageous conversation\, new insights and personal growth become possible.  \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nThis workshop is a woman-only space intentionally created for honest reflection\, shared experience\, and deep inner exploration.. It is an opportunity to slow down\, connect authentically\, and step into a space where transformation happens. \nFear\, shame\, and guilt shape our lives in profound and often unseen ways. Fear can limit your willingness to take risks\, speak honestly\, or fully show up. Shame can erode your sense of worth and belonging\, while guilt can keep you tied to past actions or expectations. When left unexamined\, these experiences can quietly influence your behaviour\, your relationships\, and your sense of self. \nBy gently and consciously looking at these parts of yourself\, something powerful begins to shift. What once operated in the background becomes visible and understood. Through this process\, you begin to relate to yourself with greater compassion rather than criticism. Your relationships can become more honest and connected. You may find it easier to speak your truth\, set healthy boundaries\, and show up more fully as yourself.  \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nThis workshop is open to any woman\, whether you have experience of personal development workshops\, or not.  There is no requirement to have attended a Woman Within Weekend\, in order to attend this workshop. DESCRIPTION:REGISTER NOW \n\n\n\nWhat is 8 Week Guided Circle Training?\n\nThe 8 Week Circle Training is a powerful online journey for any woman who is ready to take the next steps in her personal growth. \nThe opportunity to sit in a circle with other women who\, like you\, are seeking deeper self-understanding and meaningful connection.  \nOver the course of the eight weeks\, we explore how to build and hold a strong container for one another\, practice effective listening\, and gain greater understanding of the family roles that have shaped us. We look at conflict management and fears\, explore what it means to ‘work’ on ourselves and gently support each other in the releasing of shame.  \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nYou will have dedicated time to speak your truth and be fully seen and heard by other women in the group. Each woman’s experience will be unique. Within the circle\, you will discover both the gifts and challenges of being in relationship with other women in a conscious and supportive way. This training is an invitation to deepen your growth\, strengthen your voice\, and continue your journey\, held in a circle with women who understand the path you are walking. \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nAny woman over 18 is welcome and prior experience in a women’s circle is not necessary\, nor is having attended the Woman Within Weekend. \n\n\n\nWho leads it?\n\n8 Week Guided Circle Training is led by experienced Woman Within Circle Guides a minimum of 2 Guides per session.
