Together\, we’ll explore the tension between control and surrender\, and what it really means to choose yourself without guilt. \nIn this session\, we will explore: \n• Where you may be overextending or people-pleasing \n• How to reclaim your voice \n• Protecting your energy without apology \n• Letting go of what no longer serves you \n• Finding freedom in boundaries\, not restriction \nThis is a space for honest conversation\, shared experiences\, and gentle challenge—held in a supportive circle of women walking similar paths. \nCome as you are. DESCRIPTION:Take two and a half days for yourself at this beautiful site in Dorking in the Surrey Hills and give yourself time to discover the beauty of who you are – and reclaim a precious part of yourself.  The Woman Within® Weekend is a powerful transformational experience created by women for women. Since 1987\, thousands of women from over 20 countries have attended this two and a half day workshop at locations throughout the United States\, Canada\, United Kingdom\, France\, South Africa and Australia. \nPlease note that this weekend is fully booked. You are welcome to join the October weekend\, or write to the weekend registrars to request to be added to the waiting list. \nCost: £695 \nRegister \nBursaries. A limited number of bursaries are available each Weekend on a first-come\, first-served basis. Please email us if you need support. \nThe Woman Within® Weekend will take you on a journey. It is a descent into yourself. Through this descent\, you are given the opportunity to re-establish connection with the part of yourself that intuitively knows – your ageless wisdom. You will be provided with an opportunity to reclaim a part of yourself that may have been lost\, stolen\, forgotten or fragmented.  The Weekend offers a series of experiential activities\, guided meditations\, and focused individual and group work. These processes have been carefully designed to effectively assist women in finding their inner power and in using it to support themselves in their daily lives. In a safe and supportive environment\, each woman has an opportunity to reclaim her wholeness as a woman. \nYou are invited to this Weekend not as a mother\, daughter\, sister\, partner or wife\, but as yourself. We offer you the chance to let down the masks and defences which you use as protection\, to journey into your past\, to experience your deepest feelings and to turn them into positive healing energy. Being among women is an integral part of this Weekend and our staff of women will support you as women have supported each other for generations. The Weekend is based in part on the ancient Sumerian Myth of Innana\, the Queen of the Heavens. \nHealing\, Educational\, Experiential.  The unfolding events of the Weekend are intensive. You will work individually as well as in small and larger groups. The experiences of each woman will be different and individual. If you are ready to face some of your fears and past wounds and reclaim your passion for life and your belief in yourself\, the Woman Within® Weekend is for you. This is a healing\, educational\, and experiential Weekend: it is not therapy or medical treatment. \nFacilitators and Staff.  Experienced facilitators from the USA and Europe lead the Weekend\, together with the support of 25-30 staff members who have all gone through the Weekend themselves. The concept of support is paramount on these Weekends\, and we ensure that there is at least one staff member per participant. For some women\, the experience of being supported by other women is completely new and may be the biggest thing they take away for themselves from the Weekend. \nContinued Growth.  Once a woman has completed the Woman Within® Weekend\, she may participate in one of the other workshops and also apply to staff Woman Within® Weekend and in time take on a leadership role.

To ensure depth\, safety\, and connection\, each Circle is limited to just 8 women. This allows every participant the time and space to share at her own pace – without feeling rushed. In this supportive environment\, you are invited to speak your truth\, be fully seen and heard\, and receive compassion and empathy from others.  If you have been longing for a place where your voice matters and your experiences honoured\, a Themed Circle may be exactly what you have been looking for. A chance to deepen your self understanding\, feel less alone in your experiences\, and grow through shared wisdom and authentic sharing. \n\nNot all illness can be seen\, and not all healing is loud. SUMMARY:Identity\, Difference and Equity Workshop
DESCRIPTION:An invitation for Black and Brown Women in our Community\n\nIn collaboration with NCBI\, Woman Within invites black and brown women to this engaging and empowering one-day co-gender workshop on 8th February 2025 from 10am to 6pm at Dorset Wharf in London. This Identity\, Difference and Equity workshop has been designed as a basis for enriching communities\, to bring black and brown men and women to come hear and share experiences that enhance bridge-building and create unifying conversations\, to walk together towards a safer\, more compassionate world for future generations. The workshop will be fully interactive\, utilising a series of exercises to explore connections. All are welcome\, regardless of their experience of diversity or developmental work. \nThere are 20 places available for black and brown women\, with 50% of those women from Woman Within and Women in Power\, and the other 50% reserved for “uninitiated” black and brown women. DESCRIPTION:Roxy Grimshaw is offering a Get Clear and Clean about Clearing workshop in Brighton in July  2023 \nThis is an amazing opportunity to learn how to empower yourself and improve your communication skills. \nSunday 2nd July  2023 from 10am to 5pm \nThe workshop will be held in Brighton \nThe cost is £80 for the day. \n\nWhat do you do when you feel that you are out of connection with another?\nHow do you address problems in your relationships?\nHow do you feel when you think about expressing what you want?\nWhat are you really upset about?\n\nThis is an opportunity for you to ‘Get Clear and Clean about Clearing’ so that you might be more likely to use it as a tool to understand yourself\, and also what gets in the way of being in authentic relationship with others. \nRSVP to Roxy Grimshaw directly to get more information and payment details: roxyg@roxyg.co.uk\n  \nRoxy says: \nAs many of you may know\, I’ve been fascinated by the clearing process for many years\, and have had the good fortune to have lots of opportunities to be able to explore it. I’ve done so in my previous and current women’s circles\, teaching it in guided circle training\, as well as using it in the co-gender group that I have been in. \nI have found it a wonderful tool for self-knowledge\, as well as a way to stay clear and clean with others and to support others in doing the same. I’m looking forward to sharing my insights with those of you who would like to come and join me on this day. \nYou’re welcome whether you’re in a Woman Within Circle\, Women In Power den or not\, and my hope is that you find ways to use clearing more effectively. \nThere will be time to explore the stages of the Woman Within Clearing Model and Clean Talk\, and how clearing can be used in circles as a tool for personal growth\, as well as how to deepen connections in the rest of our lives. We will also look at the ManKind Project Warrior model\, and enjoy the insights that it can bring.
