DESCRIPTION:REGISTER NOW \n\n\n\nWhat is 8 Week Guided Circle Training?\n\nThe 8 Week Circle Training is a powerful online journey for any woman who is ready to take the next steps in her personal growth. \nThe opportunity to sit in a circle with other women who\, like you\, are seeking deeper self-understanding and meaningful connection.  \nOver the course of the eight weeks\, we explore how to build and hold a strong container for one another\, practice effective listening\, and gain greater understanding of the family roles that have shaped us. We look at conflict management and fears\, explore what it means to ‘work’ on ourselves and gently support each other in the releasing of shame.  \n\n\n\nWhat will I get from it?\n\nYou will have dedicated time to speak your truth and be fully seen and heard by other women in the group. Each woman’s experience will be unique. Within the circle\, you will discover both the gifts and challenges of being in relationship with other women in a conscious and supportive way. This training is an invitation to deepen your growth\, strengthen your voice\, and continue your journey\, held in a circle with women who understand the path you are walking. \n\n\n\nWho can attend?\n\nAny woman over 18 is welcome and prior experience in a women’s circle is not necessary\, nor is having attended the Woman Within Weekend. \n\n\n\nWho leads it?\n\n8 Week Guided Circle Training is led by experienced Woman Within Circle Guides a minimum of 2 Guides per session. There are 2 self guides sessions where you’ll be supported by the Guides and will intentionally use the skills you have learned to hold space as a group. \n\n\n\nWhen and where?\n\nOnline Via Zoom\, 8 Weeks on Thursdays \nDate: 14th January – 4th March 2027 \nTime: 7pm – 10pm (BST) \n\n\n\nHow much does it cost?\n\nCost is £160 \n£80 to be paid in full at the time of registration.
