What is Woman Within Online Circle Training?
In recent years we have learnt the many benefits of working together online. This 8 week training is an opportunity to sit with other women who are looking for the next steps in their personal journey, to learn more about themselves as individuals and in groups.
What will I get from it?
Our hope is that as you experience each week you will develop a greater understanding of yourself and in that deepen your connection with yourself, as well as, learning how to support others with clarity and empathy.
Much like the weekend we believe that each of you ultimately has the answers within yourself. With some support, which you will have from our experienced guides, you will find whatever those answers may be for you.
The topics covered are :-
1. Container building
2. Effective Listening
3. Family roles
4. Conflict Management
5. Fears & ‘What work is’
6. Releasing shame
7. Anchors
8. Learning about endings
You will have the time to speak your truth and be seen and heard by other women in the group. The experience will be different for each person, each having their individual chance to learn the gifts and challenges of being in a circle of women.
Who can attend?
This 8 week online circle is open to women whether they have completed the Woman Within Initiation weekend or not.
Where & When?
Our current course is taking place on Tuesday evenings from 7.00pm to 10.00pm – 14th May 2024 to 2nd July (8 consecutive weeks.
How much will it cost?
The fee for the Online Circle Training is £160, which includes the 8 sessions, Online Circle Training Manual plus materials and postage. Postage to outside of the EU will be extra and charged as per costs.
Places are limited. Bookings are on a first come, first served basis.
