Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place.

The deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) before the start date.

Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer (details provided after registration).

Cancellations & refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

If you cancel more than 6 weeks (42 days) before the start date, we will refund any amount paid above the 50% deposit.

If you cancel within 6 weeks (42 days) of the start date, no refund will be given.

Non-attendance is treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be given.

Transfers

Requests to transfer your booking to another participant must be made in writing.

Transfers may be permitted at the discretion of the registrar, provided the replacement participant meets any eligibility requirements for the training.

Extenuating circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, Woman Within UK may consider alternatives (such as a transfer) at our discretion.
