Staffing a Weekend is to experience the beating heart of our community, to find connection with other women and to find gifts for yourself.
The energy experienced from the intimacy and shared purpose of staffing a Weekend is magical and not often found in other areas of life. The deep lasting friendships that are created in the community are founded on genuine trust, truth and respect.
To stand behind other women who are doing their work is to reclaim treasure from your own Weekend and to find a gift within yourself – to receive as you give.
If you have not staffed before.
- As a ‘first time’ staff member you will be mentored and supported by more experienced women throughout the Weekend.
- Before staffing, you will need to complete a one day Staff Training ~ £35
- You may apply to staff now, as long as you are committed to attending Staff Training prior to the Weekend. Check the dates of the next staff training here.
