Staff Training – Online

| What is Staff Training? | Staff Training is a requirement for women wishing to staff the Woman Within Weekend for the first time. It offers a clear introduction to what staffing involves, what happens behind the scenes, and how we hold a safe, grounded container for participants. You’ll also have space to ask questions, name any fears or uncertainties, and understand the different staffing roles and expectations. You will learn about building a safe container for participants to arrive into and how to take care of yourself during the Weekend. |
| What will I get from it? | You’ll leave with a stronger sense of what it means to staff, what is asked of you, and how to prepare yourself to be of service. You’ll gain practical clarity about the weekend flow, staff roles, and the spirit of confidentiality, respect, and teamwork that makes the Weekend possible. Women often find that is a lovely way to reconnect back to their own Weekend experience, whether they completed their Woman Within Weekend recently or many years ago. |
| Who can attend? | Any woman who has completed the Woman Within Weekend may attend. |
| Who leads it? | Staff Training is delivered by two or three experienced staff members from the Woman Within Community |

| How much does it cost? | The Fee for Staff Training is £35 A downloadable Manual which you should print for yourself will be sent to you after registering. |
