A Themed Circles is a small, intimate gathering of women who come together to explore a specific topic - often something many women quietly carry and rarely have space to openly share. Each Circle focuses on one meaningful theme. These themes are chosen because they touch real-life experiences women commonly navigate, yet may not always feel safe or supported discussing elsewhere.
Open Circles offer you an opportunity to join a group of women online where you can take some time just for yourself. Whether you have something specific you’re seeking support with, or you simply want to sit among women - feeling supported while also supporting others - this is the place for you.
Staff Training is a requirement for women wishing to staff the Woman Within Weekend for the first time. It offers a clear introduction to what staffing involves, what happens behind the scenes, and how we hold a safe, grounded container for participants. You’ll also have space to ask questions, name any fears or uncertainties, and understand the different staffing roles and expectations.
Woman Within UK is part of a global, not-for-profit community of women offering programmes to help other women know and embrace all parts of themselves.
