Themed Open Circle – Online

A Themed Circles is a small, intimate gathering of women who come together to explore a specific topic – often something many women quietly carry and rarely have space to openly share.

Each Circle focuses on one meaningful theme. These themes are chosen because they touch real-life experiences women commonly navigate, yet may not always feel safe or supported discussing elsewhere.

If you have been longing for a place where your voice matters and your experiences honoured, a Themed Circle may be exactly what you have been looking for.

Where in your life do you need to say no and mean it?

May’s circle invites you to pause, reflect and reconnect with your personal power. Together, we’ll explore the tension between control and surrender, and what it really means to choose yourself without guilt.

In this session, we will explore:

• Where you may be overextending or people-pleasing

• How to reclaim your voice

• Protecting your energy without apology

• Letting go of what no longer serves you

• Finding freedom in boundaries, not restriction

This is a space for honest conversation, shared experiences, and gentle challenge—held in a supportive circle of women walking similar paths.

Come as you are. Leave with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of freedom.

Your “no” is powerful. Your peace is valid. Your freedom is yours to claim.

Any woman over 18 is welcome and prior experience in a women’s circle is not necessary, nor is having attended the Woman Within Weekend.

The Themed Circles are run by a lead Guide who has much experience in running Circles and a specific interest in the theme. They will most often be supported by at least one or two other Guides.

These Themed Circles are online and happen on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

They run from 7-9pm

There is an online Open Circle WhatsApp group that you will be added to if you would like.

There is no fee for attendance, however, donations are welcome to our Support Fund, which helps women who otherwise would not be able to attend the Woman Within offerings.
