Staff Training is a requirement for women wishing to staff the Woman Within Weekend for the first time. It offers a clear introduction to what staffing involves, what happens behind the scenes, and how we hold a safe, grounded container for participants. You’ll also have space to ask questions, name any fears or uncertainties, and understand the different staffing roles and expectations.
This workshop is a chance for you to take what you reclaimed at your Weekend and gain new skills to help you integrate these parts of yourself – and to support others, from a place of wholeness.
