The Woman Within UK Weekend is a challenging journey for women to go within to find their own solutions, whilst being held in a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space. By stepping through fear, women can discover their power within.
The date for the next Woman Within weekend is 11th-13th April 2025 at Juniper Hall in Dorking.

Are you ready to take a journey inside yourself?
The journey within offers the opportunity to reconnect with your inner wisdom that knows what is right for you.
The Weekend is a space for you to find your own solutions, to discover greater self-awareness and to discover the gifts which you hold inside.
Woman Within UK is NOT therapy, nor is it a quick fix to get out of pain.
What Woman Within UK can do for you…
- Help release both old patterns of behaviour and painful emotions.
- Understand how to accept and connect to self and to love yourself.
- Recognise self-limiting beliefs for what they are.
- Release shame and guilt.
- Access your inner wisdom and intuition.
- Know that you have everything you need inside yourself.
- Challenge growth and take risks for what you want.
- Improve your relationships and deepen intimacy with others.
“On the Weekend, I felt the love and support of other women, something that was very new for me and the beginning of a journey that continues to this day (15 years later.) It’s impacted me in ways that can only be described as miraculous.”
