Thank you for choosing to register for the Woman Within® Weekend presented by Woman Within UK.

The cost of the Woman Within® Weekend is £695. This fee covers tuition, lodging, meals, snacks and Weekend materials. To submit this form, a minimum £150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure to your place.

Registration is not complete until payment of the full fee of £695 has been made. The balance of payment must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your Woman Within Weekend.

Joining information and details about the Weekend will be sent to you by email 6 weeks prior to the Weekend.

The cost of the Woman Within® Weekend is £695. This fee covers tuition, lodging, meals, snacks and Weekend materials. To submit this form a minimum £150 non-refundable deposit is required and will secure a place up to the 8 week cut off, when the balancing payment is due. Registration is not complete until payment of the full fee of £695 has been made. This must be paid 8 weeks before the event. If the weekend you are applying for is less than 8 weeks away you'll be required to pay in full.

Woman Within Weekend Booking Terms and Conditions.

For current course costs and dates, please refer to our website.
Before booking onto the course, please ensure you have read the course content.
Upon receipt of your registration form and payment of the deposit, amounting to 50% of the selected course fee, your place will be confirmed.
Payment
Deposit of 20% of workshop cost will be required to confirm booking. The balance of payment to be received a minimum of 56 days prior to the 1st day of the relevant Women Within workshop unless on a pre-agreed payment plan.
If the balancing payment is not made as required above, your workshop place will be offered to the waiting list and your deposit forfeit.
Request for invoices should be made in writing if the payment is to be made by anyone other than the participant
Payment must be made in pounds Sterling or Euro through the website secure payment system or to the bank account shown on the registration form
Cancellations and Amendments
All requests for cancellations and/or transfers must be received in writing.
Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being received.
The appropriate cancellation charge will apply based on the cost of your booking, as shown below.

With the following number of calendar days notice before the start date of the course the applicable refund will be available.
56 calendar days or more ~ Full refund minus the Deposit
Between 29 and 56 calendar days (inclusive) ~ 50% refund minus the Deposit
Between 1 and 28 calendar days (inclusive) ~ No refund will be given
Failure to attend ~ Treated as late cancellation and no refund give
